The traditional festival of beauty in St. Petersburg is a new WBA patronized event that takes place February 2017.

Hairstyling, nail-design and makeup open the championships for the Cup of Russia, which takes place at Saint-Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex. It is one of the most important competitions for professionals (master level) of the beauty industry. More than two thousand five hundred people from all over the world attend the competition.
Competitors have an opportunity to display their talents in the following directions:
- hairstyling (14 types of categories)
- nail-design (12 types of categories)
- makeup (3 types of categories)
- body-art (2 types of categories)
- stylists contest "Full Fashion Look" and "Fashion City"
- cosmetology contest
The competition prizes amounts to over 100 thousand Euros in products. The prizewinners are awarded daily. Competitors present their works and audience may observe the process of the works. Participants, who score maximal total points, become winners. Cups and prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place are given to both the participants and their models.
On the last day, the main awarding ceremony will be held at the central stage followed by a bright show-program. Nearly 10 thousand viewers watch the action from the rostrums, and hundreds of thousands of people are able to view the event online thanks to the live broadcast on the official site.
