WBF Online Awards 2025 – A Global Celebration of Creativity
The WBF Online Awards 2025 once again demonstrated the power of digital connectivity within the global bodypainting community. From November 14–16, artists from more than 30 nations participated in this year’s online edition, presenting nearly 200 artworks across three categories: Facepainting, Brush & Sponge Bodypainting, and Airbrush Bodypainting.
Each competition day focused on a dedicated artistic theme, encouraging participants to explore culturally rich, socially relevant, and thought-provoking concepts. From ancestral traditions and sacred symbolism to the timeless struggle between freedom and control, and finally the question of what money should or should not buy — the themes inspired an impressive range of interpretations and visual storytelling.

The event concluded on November 22 with a live YouTube award show, streamed uncut and still available for replay. The broadcast brought together artists, fans, and industry experts for an evening celebrating innovation, craftsmanship, and the spirit of the international bodypainting scene.
