WBF Spain 2027 – World Award: Bodypainting & Show
The World Bodypainting Festival opens its 2027 season with the World Award: Bodypainting & Show on 31st January 2027 in Águilas, Spain.
Taking place during the famous Carnaval de Águilas on the sunny Costa Cálida, this unique World Championship brings together bodypainting, performance, movement, music, special effects, and artistic storytelling.
Under the theme “Rhythm of Life – When Colors, Movement & Emotion Unite,” artists are invited to transform their painted creations into spectacular stage performances and bring their artistic vision to life.
Join us in Águilas, a vibrant coastal town known for its Mediterranean beaches, rich maritime history, and one of Spain’s most celebrated Carnival traditions. Experience an unforgettable event where bodypainting meets the colourful and energetic spirit of Carnival.

The World Award: Bodypainting & Show will take place on 31st January 2027 during the famous Carnaval de Águilas in Spain.
Registration is open online until 15th December 2026.
